MGM City Center Las Vegas
City Center, the 76-acre, $7 billion development on the Las Vegas Strip, is hoping to receive Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification. City Center boasts its use of environmentally friendly design and construction in this fabulous mixed-use development. City enter will include 18 million square feet of building space, which will make it the largest of all LEED-Certified structures in the United States. The attention recently to “green design” is a very important component of development and construction. Las Vegas City Center will lead the way in Las Vegas for other developments to seek the LEED Certification. City Center is the newest condominium development on the Las Vegas Strip, scheduled for opening late 2009.
